A webinar project typically takes eight weeks from kickoff to broadcast, but this can be shortened to four weeks if you have an urgent need. Here are the stages you can expect from onboarding, right through to broadcast:

Week 1

Onboarding

A short meeting in which our team will collect the information (title, abstract, speaker info, qualifying question, special requests, etc.) required for webinar setup

Week 2

Promotional campaign creation

Our team will create a marketing campaign that promotes the webinar within our community. This includes website placements, dedicated emails, newsletter placements, and social media. Your team will be invited to approve the materials before the campaign is started.

Week 2-8

Promotional campaign execution

We will start the promotional campaign and collect registrations for your webinar. You will receive unique registration UTMs to use in any promotion so that we can track which registrations resulted from any promotion you might do.

Week 4

Speaker Orientation

Our Production Team will arrange a short meeting with your speaker to introduce them to our custom broadcast platform, check their setup, and run through the broadcast schedule. Your speaker has the option to pre-record the presentation “as-live” at this point.

Week 8

Broadcast

We will guide your speaker smoothly through the broadcast process. Our team will take care of everything, so your speaker can focus on the presentation, Q&A, and engaging the audience of researchers.

After broadcast

Ongoing reporting

You will receive a “Live” report sent 24 hours after the event so you know exactly where each lead came from. You will also receive “On-demand” reports 4 weeks, 3 months, and 12 months after the live event.
